Mashrafe Mortaza skipper of Bangladesh ODI Hospitalised With Dengue

Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Mortaza was in hospital after being recognize with dengue fever. Mashrafe was taken to the Apollo Hospital, according to a bdnews24.com. (Bangladesh Can Win Anywhere In the World)

“He still has high fever,” a friend of Mortaza told bdnews24.com. He will not be able to play matches in the national league’s third round because of the sickness.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) physician Debashish Chowdhury said they were yet to get details of his condition.

“It’s been confirmed that he has been recognize with dengue,” he said. “I’ve spoken with the doctor at the hospital.”

Mashrafe’s one-year-old son Sohel, too, has been suffering from high fever for the past several days. Mashrafe had high fever on Thursday afternoon after attending to his son overnight.
