Revealed: Who Will Wrestle With Salman’s Emotions in Sultan you did know?

Salman Khan has been shooting without a lead lady for Sultan for a while now but Friday evening saw Yash Raj Films unveil Sultan’s lead lady to the media. Anushka Sharma will be playing the leading lady opposite Khan who has been shooting for the film in Karjat Studios for almost a month now.

YRF said in a statement, “The most eagerly awaited declared of 2016 is here! Anushka Sharma will star opposite Salman Khan in Yash Raj Films’ Sultan.”

We must said that we like the casting, though there was also some news of Katrina being a part of it which was put to rest by the Fitoor actress at an event in Mumbai on Friday.

No there is no truth in the story. We were in YRF to dub for Fitoor and Ali Abbas Zafar was shooting for his film so no there’s no truth to this.

Anushka has some experience of deal with a Khan. After co-starring with Shah Rukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Anushka also worked with Aamir Khan in the record-breaking PK. A film with Salman Khan completes the triangle.
